The most common commercial call we take is a rekey after someone leaves. It is worth doing properly the first time: if your business has grown door by door, you may have several unrelated key systems and no record of who holds what. A master key system replaces that with one hierarchy — a key that opens everything, keys that open a department, keys that open one door.
Exit devices are the other half of the work, and they carry a life-safety obligation. A panic bar has to let people out even when the door is locked from outside. If yours is stiff, chained, or has been propped because it doesn't latch, that is not a maintenance issue to schedule for next quarter.

Common questions
Can you make a car key if I have lost every key?
Yes — that is our specialty. With no working key, the key is originated from the vehicle's key code and the immobiliser is programmed from scratch. Bring your driver's licence and the vehicle registration so we can confirm ownership. Call with the year, make and model and we will confirm on the phone whether it is a job we complete on site.
Do I need to tow my car to the dealer for a lost key?
In most cases, no. A mobile locksmith with the right equipment can originate a key at the vehicle, so there is no tow and no dealer appointment. There are a small number of makes and model years where the dealer is genuinely the right answer, and we will tell you if yours is one of them rather than take the job and find out.
What do you need from me before you come out?
The year, make and model of the vehicle, and the VIN if you can read it through the base of the windscreen. For a home or business call, the number of locks and the hardware brand if you know it. That is what lets us quote a real range instead of a guess.
What identification do I need for a car key?
A driver's licence and the vehicle registration. If the vehicle is a rental, the rental agreement works in place of the registration. Originating a key to a car is exactly the kind of capability that has to be handled carefully, so this is not negotiable.
